Informations About the Excursions
Our tours take place in small groups. The transport is a fully air-conditioned 9-seater van. The tour leader speaks English, German, and Italian. Our task is to show you the most beautiful and unusual sights and give you as much information as possible about the country and people.
There are two possibilities to join our tours:
1. You can join a group tour.
2. You can choose a private tour with your friends or family. In this case, the number of participants determines the price. If your group or family fills up all 8 seats, we’ll offer you a discount depending on the excursion you choose.
Booking Information
Meeting Point: Our tours start from Cagliari, unless there is a different agreement with the customers. Our central meeting point is in Piazza Yenne, in front of the Cagliari Store 1920. Please note: Punctuality is important. We expect every guest to be at the meeting point 5 minutes before the agreed time. We will wait exactly 10 minutes, then we will depart. Those who are not there will unfortunately lose their tour without a refund.
Cruise Ships: Before you book a tour with us, please make sure that your destination is Cagliari or the southeast or southwest coast. In the past, some of our guests booked a tour from Cagliari, but their ship stopped in the port of Alghero or Olbia, which is too far away from us, unless we have a special agreement.
How to book a tour
If you would like to make a reservation, choose a tour and contact us via chat, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone. Let us know the day (or period) when you would like to do the excursion and tell us where you are located. It’s possible to cancel the booking until 1 week before the excursion date.
Payments
To confirm the booking, you need to pay a deposit of 30%. We will send you a link or QR code for the secure payment. The balance needs to be paid in cash at the end of the trip. If you prefer not to bring cash, you can also pay with a credit card. Please ensure that your credit card is accepted in Europe.
Deposit Money back
If you cancel within one week before the excursion takes place, we will refund your deposit within a maximum of one week. The handling fee is 15 euros + – Sumup fees of 2,94%.
Beach Tours: Currently, you can book beach excursions through our booking system. In the event of incorrect bookings up to one week before the excursion date, we will refund the amount paid, minus a €15 processing fee and minus the SumUp cancellation fee (approximately 2.94%). Please kindly understand.
In the case of deposits for groups of cruise ships: If you cancel during the week before the excursion day, you will have to pay the remaining 70%. However, if we are able to replace your seat with other guests, we won’t ask you for any additional payment. If we are unable to replace your booking, you can ask your travel insurance for a refund and we will provide you with a declaration stating that it was not possible for us to replace your booking due to lack of other guests. This is also valid if you have booked a tour with us and your cruise ship cannot enter the port due to inclement weather conditions.
