Information about Excursions and Booking
Our tours take place in small groups. Transportation is provided with a fully air-conditioned 9-seater van. The tour guide speaks English, German, Spanish, and Italian. Our mission is to show you the most beautiful and unusual sights and to give you as much information as possible about the country and its people.
There are two ways to join our tours:
- You can join a group tour.
- You can choose a private tour with your friends or family. In this case, the price depends on the number of participants. If your group or family occupies all 8 seats, we offer you a discount according to the chosen tour.
Round Trips
We have a diverse round trip program and are also happy to create customized trips for guests who already know exactly what they want to see. We prefer to conduct round trips in small groups of up to 8 people. Of course, we also have the option to organize multiple 9-seaters with drivers.
Our round trips are very popular because we can offer many more highlights per day than a large tour bus can. Currently, we have 2 round trips in the program. More will be added soon.
Booking Information
Excursions for Guests Staying in Cagliari
General: To book, select the desired date at the end of each tour description and pay by credit card. Please ensure that your email address and phone number are correct. The ticket will be sent to you via email, including information about the meeting point.
Meeting Point:
Our tours start from Cagliari unless otherwise arranged with the customers. Our central meeting point is on Piazza Yenne, in front of the Cagliari Store 1920. Please note: punctuality is important. We expect every guest to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the scheduled time. We wait exactly 10 minutes, then we depart. Guests who do not show up will unfortunately lose their tour without a refund.
Excursions for Cruise Ship Guests:
Before booking a tour with us, please ensure that your destination is the Port of Cagliari and that you would like to book a tour in southern Sardinia. In the past, some of our guests booked a tour from Cagliari, but their ship docked in Alghero or Olbia, which is too far away for us. This is only possible with a special arrangement, but not through our booking system. If you have booked a tour with us and arrive at the wrong port, we cannot cancel it and refund your payment.
How to Book a Tour
Tours with a Booking Calendar:
Simply select the date on the calendar at the end of the tour description and complete the booking process.
Tours without a Booking Calendar at the End of the Description:
If you would like to book a tour, choose a tour and contact us via Email, WhatsApp, or phone. Please provide the name of the excursion and the day (or period) you would like to take the excursion.
Cancellation:
Cancellation Policy for Guests Who Booked Beach Excursions or Tours from Cagliari:
100% refund up to 24 hours before the tour time. For cancellations, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email.
Cancellation Policy for Cruise Ship Guests:
A full refund of your payment is possible if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour time. Cancellations within 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are non-refundable. For cancellations, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email.
